nothing round here is sacred this morning in london, laughing at english television while ordering room service. walking down oxford street to virgin and we bought some alan partridge dvd's as gifts, as well as the new dylan bootleg series. our sad parting over coffee. various bookstores later, we can't look at another poetry, art, or baby book. spending a small fortune on cabs, we finally make the uneventful return flight to new york. where we lay silent online, trying to fight off the jet lag monkeys, and answer everyone.

when i was there in 98 i bought almost the entire collection of oasis singles. luckily i sold them all before the band released that "b sides" cd. what a complete waste of money.
